Your Infrared Treatment

  • Do not eat for 1-hour before the treatment.
  • Drink at least 8 to 16 ounces of water.
  • Treatment begins with a dry body brushing, this promotes toxin elimination and stimulates the lymph. This is a detoxifying treatment that exfoliates, tones, and promotes circulation.
  • A cream is then applied to the body to help promote more sweating. The cream acts as a blanket on the skin, causing heat to be trapped, allowing you to sweat more and burn more inches.
  • We then help you into a disposable plastic suit and cover you underneath the infrared fitness blanket.
  • You will be relaxing for an hour while listening to soothing music. The technician will periodically check in on you. About 45 minutes into your treatment the technician will come in an apply a cool towel and wipe any sweat off your face.
  • After your treatment, you may take a relaxing shower and then enjoy some electrolyte water.
